We have a variety of spaces adapted to different requirements, from small warehouses of 100 m² to large facilities of 5,000 m², and even modular sets that can reach up to 10,000 m².

Characteristics of the Flex-Spaces

Height in 2nd and 3rd generation properties:

They may have a low headroom if they were built more than 20 years ago.

Height in Newest Construction

Newer flex-space buildings (not exceeding 5 to 7 years) are generally taller than older ones, with a clear height of usually 10 m or 32 feet.

Small parking lot

They have little vehicle parking space, as they were not conceived as manufacturing workplaces.

Fire supression system

Second and third generation space normally do not have a fire protection system, however newer properties have fire hoses.

Ventilation

Unlike industrial facilities, flex-space normally doesn’t include the installation of either air conditioning or evaporative coolers.
